It doesn't matter what you are coloring; whether you are coloring with a child in his or her coloring book or from an adult coloring book, it can be beneficial. Coloring is an activity that we tend to associate with children. Last Sunday, I was spending my morning doing the adult coloring book since the kids were busy coloring their own books.

Last Sunday, I was spending my whole morning doing coloring as I really do enjoy since it may calm my mind, while the kids were busy coloring their own coloring books.
