Salad is always been the healthiest meal which can be ready in 10 minutes or maybe less. Here is one of my favorite, avocado salad. Most of the time, I make it for lunch on weekend, perhaps sometimes supper to prevent myself stuffing with junk food. Here is a mindful approach to healthy eating recipes...

Ingredients: 
- One avocado; chop into cubes
- One big red onion; chop into cubes
- A tablespoon of vinegar or lemon
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper 


Directions:
First, mix all avocado and red onions into a bowl. 
Next, add a tablespoon of vinegar or squeeze half lemon into it.
(it depends which flavoring you like)
Last, add a pinch of salt and 2 turns of pepper mill.
