Last Friday night, we (my mum, her friend and I) were practicing making blueberry cheesecakes at my mom's friend place. It never been easy to make a cake since it takes up a lot of time and steps. The most fun part where I decorated the cheesecake toppings with melted blueberry jam using a chopstick.
